The Spud Show: Season 1
The Spud Show is a project I started in May 2017, where I wanted to make an episodic series based around the character of Spud, my teddy bear, and his two friends, Tiny and Valentine. The show featured various "guests", and frequently included the same chase sequence of the characters chasing around a rubber snake. At the very end, the setting was destroyed by a nuclear bomb.
I made it using two programs, YakIt, a now defunct program where I could make their mouths move, and cutecut, an editing software.
The Spud Show: Season 2
Almost a year later, I decided to make a continuation, and this time I edited the photos before using them. This made it possible to put the characters in many settings, and made it possible to get more characters. I also decided to give an overarching story to this season, being about the evil "Mommy Theodore" and her army of bacon people, led by "Bacon Mum", who killed her son "Bacon Man" at the start of the season.
I know, it's weird. Not the height of filmmaking either.
Project Starscape
Project Starscape is a current personal project of mine that I have been working on and off for years. It will be the culmination of everything I've done, and everything I've learned over my years of studying film. It is an adaptation of the original Spud Show, but it will not be made by a 11 year old with no filmmaking experience.
